Afghanistan top up from anywhere: Roshan, AWCC, Etisalat, ATOMA and Salaam

An Afghanistan top up from anywhere is done online at ReloadTo: choose Roshan, Afghan Wireless (AWCC), Etisalat, ATOMA or Salaam, enter the number and pay with a debit card, credit card or PayPal. Afghanistan top-ups range from $0.90 to $82.60 USD. You don't need a carrier account or an Afghan card, and there are no extra fees: you pay the price you see. If you are comparing places to recharge phones in Afghanistan, here is how to write the number and what each network offers.

How to write an Afghan mobile number (+93)

Afghanistan's country code is +93. According to the national numbering plan that ATRA, Afghanistan's telecom regulator, filed with the ITU, mobile numbers have 9 digits and start with 7; inside the country they are dialed with a 0 in front (07X XXX XXXX), so from abroad you drop that 0: +93 7X XXX XXXX. The plan gave the first mobile codes to AWCC (70), MTN, now ATOMA (77), Etisalat (78) and Roshan (79), and later added blocks starting with 71, 72, 73, 74 and 76, including Salaam's. The first digits are a clue, not proof: ask the person using the line which network they use.

New names you may hear: ATOMA and e& Afghanistan

Two networks have new names, so the person using the line may use either one. According to ATOMA, MTN Afghanistan became ATOMA in 2025, and Etisalat's official website now presents the company as e& Afghanistan. Afghan Wireless is also called AWCC, and Salaam is the mobile network of Afghan Telecom.
